TACO SALAD

1 head lettuce, shredded
8oz shredded cheddar
1 tomato, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 pkg taco seasoning
8oz Catalina dressing
3 c. crushed tortilla chips

Brown meat, mix with taco seasoning, and cool. Mix salad ingredients together and chill. Add dressing and chips when serving.
