KABOB MARINADE (Kim C)
cubes of beef, chicken, or shrimp
veggie pieces: peppers, onions, etc
1c. soy
3T brown sugar
3t garlic
1T ginger
2T sherry
1T cornstarch
Marinate meat overnight. Make kabobs and grill or broil in oven.
