CAPRESE SALAD
1 lg tomato cut in slices
Sliced fresh mozzarella
6-8 fresh basil leaves sliced
Drizzle with dressing (keep refrigerated):
1T olive oil
3T balsamic vinegar
1t garlic
1t. sugar
1t. Dijon mustard
