FRUIT SMOOTHIES

¼ c. frozen wild blueberries
1 ripe banana
¼ c. froz strawberries (or any other fruit)
2T ground flaxseed
½ c. yogurt
8oz water
Ice
1 scoop psyllium fiber powder
(optional) 2oz pomegrante/blueberry or orange juice

Combine in a blender and serve.
