1/4c diced onion<br />
1c frozen diced veggies<br />
3t garlic<br />
1t ginger<br />
1T olive oil<br />
2T soy sauce<br />
2T teriyaki sauce<br />
1t sesame oil<br />
2 eggs<br />
3 green onions, diced<br />
<br />
In a small pot, bring quinoa and chicken broth to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15min. Put quinoa on a plate and place in freezer to cool. In a saute pan over med-high heat, saute onion and frozen veggies in olive oil for 2-3min. Add garlic and ginger and stir. Add quinoa and stir-fry 2-3min. Add soy and teriyaki sauce, stir to coat. Move rice mixture in pan to make space to scramble eggs in the center. Once the eggs have cooked, stir everything together. Top with green onions and serve.<br />

Turn IP to Saute- high and cook curry paste, 1/2 can coconut milk, and ginger for 2min until bubbly. Press "Cancel" and add chicken, coconut milk, water, tamarind, fish sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice. Set to cook on "Manual" for 15min. Quick release and stir in potatoes, onions, peanuts, and peanut butter. "Manual" cook for 5min and quick release. Stir, taste, and adjust seasoning as desired. Can also add more liquid if needed- coconut milk, chicken broth, or water. Serve over rice. </div>

Melt butter over med heat and add onions to brown for 30min. In a stockpot, heat both stocks over med heat. When onions have browned, deglaze pan with sherry and then add to stock. Bring to a boil and then reduce and simmer for 20min. Salt and pepper. <br />

If desired... toast bread on a sheet pan for 5min at 425*. Add soup to crocks and top with bread slice and cheese. Or you can sprinkle cheese on soup and serve as is.<br />

Stir cocoa into melted butter. Add to batter and stir well. Spread into greased 8x8 pan. Carefully spread cheesecake mixture on top. Bake for 30-35min until sides are pulling away. 1/2c honey<br />
1/4c yogurt or sour cream<br />
3 ripe bananas, mashed<br />
1t vanilla<br />

Preheat oven to 350* Grease a loaf or bundt pan. Whisk together eggs. Whisk in honey, yogurt, bananas, and vanilla until well combined. Stir in dry ingredients. Pour into pan and bake 50-60min.</div>

This alfredo sauce comes out perfect every time! Can be used over pasta, chicken, veggies, etc. We make it ahead and keep in a mason jar in the fridge for quick weeknight meals and school lunches. Add a little milk when reheating.<br />

1 stick butter<br />
2c heavy cream or half and half<br />
4oz cream cheese<br />
1t minced garlic<br />
1t garlic powder<br />
1t italian seasoning<br />
salt and pepper<br />
1c grated parm cheese (we use half fresh, half powdered)<br />

In a med saucepan ass butter, cream, and cream cheese. Cook over med heat whisking until melted. Add seasonings. Add parmesan and whisk until smooth. Simmer for 3-5min until it thickens.<br />

2lbs flank steak, cut into 1/4in strips<br />
1T oil<br />
4t garlic<br />
1t ginger<br />
onion, strips<br />
peppers, strips<br />
optional veggies of choice (broccoli, carrots, bok choy, etc)<br />
1/2c soy sauce<br />
1/2c water<br />
1/2c brown sugar<br />
3T cornstarch<br />
3T water<br />
3 green onions, sliced<br />
sesame seeds<br />

Season beef with salt and pepper. Saute high, add oil and brown beef. Remove from pot. Add garlic, ginger, and veggies. Saute 2min. Add soy sauce, water, and brown sugar. Add beef. Cook on Manual high for 12min. Quick release and remove lid. Stir cornstarch into water and add to pot. Cook until thick. Top with green onions and sesame seeds to serve.<br />

2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed<br />

1-2T thai red curry paste<br />
2t curry powder<br />
2t turmeric<br />
2t ginger<br />
3c chicken broth<br />

2t sugar<br />
1 can coconut milk<br />
2 1/2T lime juice<br />
cilantro<br />

Turn on Instant Pot on Saute high. Add coconut oil, onion, and peppers- sauté for 1min. Add chicken and sweet potatoes and sauté until outside of chicken is white. Add curry paste, curry powder, turmeric, and ginger- stir well. Add chicken broth, salt, and sugar. Cover pot and cook on Manual for 10min. Quick Release and stir in coconut milk and lime juice. Top with cilantro when serving.</div>

1lb ground beef (or turkey)<br />
3/4c oats<br />
salt & pepper<br />
2T dry minced onion<br />
2T ginger, minced<br />
1t Worcestershire<br />
1T garlic, minced<br />
1 egg, 1t milk<br />
1/4c teriyaki baste and glaze<br />

Combine all ingredients and form into meatloaf or meatballs. Serve with teriyaki glaze. For meatballs, bake on a sheet pan at 400* covered with foil. For meatloaf bake at 350* for 45min. </div>
